Today, Phoenix Chinese Channel, Phoenix movies, Phoenix InfoNews, Phoenix Chinese News and Entertainment and Phoenix North America Chinese Channel deliver content to audiences all over the world.

Phoenix was rated as one of China’s 500 most valuable brands, announced by the World Brand Laboratory, one of the world’s leading brand evaluation organizations, on June 28,2004 in the world Brand summit. Phoenix, valued at 22.83 Billion Yuan and ranked 23rd in the list, is one of the two media corporations made to top 50.

Phoenix Chinese News and Entertainment (Phoenix CNE)

Phoenix joined forces with CNE in Europe to form the Phoenix Chinese News and Entertainment Channel (Phoenix CNE) in 1999. It currently utilizes the latest technology to transmit its programmes via satellite Eurobird D9S to 50 countries in Europe and North Africa. Phoenix CNE has successfully entered TV cable networks in major European countries and has reaches hundreds of thousands of Chinese households on the continent via satellite.

In addition to broadcasting entertaining and informative programmes from Phoenix TV, Phoenix CNE has made great efforts in producing local programmes to meet the particular needs of Chinese viewers as well as mainstream audiences in Europe. These help bridge the gap between East and West and promote the Chinese culture. The efforts was well recognized and Phoenix CNE won the Pearl Award – Media Excellence in 2004 and Promotion of Cultural link and Exchange in 2006.
